* Kamen Rider "The First"

I was really a sentai fan and mostly the sentai groups like shinkenger, dekaranger and more. My youngest brother is the one who is really into Kamen Rider. He's is downloading the episodes and movies just like what I do with my sentai stuff. I was really not into kamen rider before, I can still recall when I was a kid I love watching Masked Rider Black in channel 13 and 5. I had my first kamen rider toy when I was in 2nd year highschool but had my first bioman toy when I was 7 years old. Anyways recently I started watching Kamen Rider series and started to buy toys as well, I bought a Kamen Rider kiva Vinyl.
Well my blog is about the first Kamen Rider I've watched and I can say I liked it and recommends it. The film star is Masaya Kikawada as the main character Takeshi Hongo. First saw Masaya Kikawada in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon as the turtle guy. Thru research the movie was shown december 2005 and saw it after 4 years lolz.

The movie is about Takeshi being being kidnapped by the group Shocker (Sacred Hegemony Of Cycle Kindred Evolutional Realm) and turning him into an inhumanoid (kamen rider) gaved him the nickname "Hopper" he gained super strength and has a mission to do and that is to kill all those who have seen's Shocker's Inhumanoid soldiers. However her remembered he was human and has forgotten his mission, he was called traitor because he doesn't want to follow the orders from Shocker instead he fought them. Shocker sent inhumanoids to finish him off and created a new inhumanoid (Hassei Takano) Hayato Ichimonji another hopper to finish him but in the end became his friend and ally to save the girl that they liked.

I can say the story of this Kamen Rider movie is really good, what I liked it they fight without their helmets

* White Hat Yogurt at Shangri-la Mall with Alodia and Ashley

I was invited by my friends and by Alodia in facebook to attend the White's Hat's August celebrity for charity event in Shangri-la Mall. It's promoting the White Hat Italian Frozen Yogurt and at the same time there is a mini cosplay event and it's for a cause. The event is from 1pm - 5pm but we arrived late because I have work the previous night and I watch UFC 102 first.

When we arrived I saw Alodia and her sister Ashley in the photo wall and photographers and fans are having their photos taken with the Gosiengfiao sisters including us, of course we had our turn. Saw some cosplayer and photographer friends in the said event. Even tried the frozen yogurt and I can say it was delicious. You can add up to 21 selection of fruits kiwi, strawberry, cheesecakes, blueberry, chocolate chips and more. I'm craving for more honestly, price is ok it cost around 100-200 bucks but the taste was great.

After the photo session Alodia and Ashley helped and serves the orders for the customers including us.

The fights are good especially the last fight Nogueira vs Couture, I can say I'm voting for Couture to win but he was old enough but he showed his versatility and heart as a true UFC legend. Hoping he would still fight in the Octagon. Now I'm really looking forward for the Noguiera vs Lesnar fight if that would be possible.

I'm also happy that Brandon Vera won against a tough opponent in a decision and hopes he could get his title shot soon.

* Terno Inferno at SaGujio

It's kinda late for me to blog about this, it's one of my pending blogs because my PC had some problems and it took me a month to have everything fixed..Anyways this is about the gig at SaGuijo last July 18, 2009. I can say when I saw Up Dharma Down played during the 5th Anniversary of SaGuijo last May 2009 I told myself that I wanted to watch the band's next gig so I searched the net and saw that they will be playing again in SaGuijo. Last time I watched them the band only played 3 songs which is so "bitin", after the gig I started to listen to their songs and appreciated it and liked it specially the new album Bipolar.

Arrived at SaGuijo around 10pm and it's Ang Bandang Shirley who is playing, I haven't listened to them at first but I can say I liked their songs as well, next is Musical-O followed by Sleepwalk Circus which is also a good band and finally Up Dharma Down. Entrance is only 150 bucks with one free beer, my 150 bucks was really worth it great music and place. Up Dharma played alot of songs including my favorite song from the old album "Oo" had an oppurtunity to have a photo with Armi (vocalist) as well. Looking forward watching them play again.

* Finally my N95

Finally I got my Nokia N95 repaired from the Nokia repair center it took 2 weeks for me to get the fone and it cost me 4.3k *awww* anyways I'm happy to get my phone back..The phone is really valuable to me because it's the most expensive gadget that I bought (33k) when it was released 2007 so instead of buying a new one I just decided to have it fixed. The keypads are also replaced so it's like new and I've decided to cut my nails regularly to avoid scratches on it. I also learned to stop playing with the slide because it would cause a problem in the keypad and in the display. When my n95 had some problems I decided to get a cheap fone and got one at Alabang Town Center for 1.5k and of course it's not colored but I loved the flashlight and it's light. Anyways now I've learned to take care of my things specially wit my gadgets cause I know it would cost me a lot.

* (PGSM) Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon

I just recently finished watching the series that's why I'm blogging about it.

I visted CSCENTRL in Greenhills around January of this year, I was looking for something to buy and watch and of course I checked the Sentai list of DVD and saw PGSM (Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon) Live Action and I got interested and specially how they look like in live action so I bought Disc 1. To be honest I really didn't watch the cartoons version but of course I know some of the characters.
So I tried to watch it and I can say I liked it because some of the characters are kawaii "cute" especially Ami-Chan (chisaki hama) and Rei-chan (keiko kitagawa)eventhough the effects is not that fascinating the story is nice. After finishing disc 1 I bought disc 2 and 3 when I went back to CSCENTRL the thing is Disc 3 is incomplete so I downloaded the remaining episodes at veoh which is Act 46 - 49.

The series was created by Toei and has a total of 49 episodes below are the list of characters *from

Kaori Moriwaka as Ikuko Tsukino

Naoki Takeshi as Shingo Tsukino

Moeko Matsushita as Hina Kusaka

What's cool about this is many of these actors also appear in the Kamen Rider series like Jyouji Shibue (Mamoru) as Kamen Rider Ibuki, Masaya Kikawada (Motoki) as Kamen Rider Ichigo.Hiroyuki Matsumoto (Nephrite) and Akira Kubodera (Kunzite) also appear, as well as Tomohisa Yuge (the fake Tuxedo Mask from PGSM Act 9), who portrayed Kamen Rider Zolda and Kamen Rider TheBee, and Satoshi Ichijo (Yuuto from Act 32), who played Kamen Rider Gai. * G.I. Joe Rise of the Cobra

I've heard from some my friends that the movie is not that good and the effects so I was thinking if I should go and watch the movie, but since I was a fan of american cartoons and since I was a kid I was playing G.I. Joe toys and watching the cartoons so I've decided to watch the flick. Watched it at Glorietta 4 and last full show.

I can say the movie is nice, I was really into it..I liked the twist in the movie, the effects and the action as well. Although I don't like the costume of snake eyes and the movie didn't show how he became like that I still enjoyed the movie. I'm sure there would be a part 2 and I'll be waiting for it.

* Rockovery 08.10.09

When I attended Moonstar88's gig at Mag:Net last August 5, Herbert (guitarist) asked me to come to this event for our friend Jepoy. He said there would be bands and auctions and it's all for a cause. The event was held at Sazi's formerly Mayrics Bar at Espana in front of UST and it's my first time to go there.

Got there around 10pm and good thing the event has not started yet, Entrance is 200 bucks (not bad) and the food and drinks at Sazi's are very affordable. Beers for around 35 pesos only and food prize is around 50 - 200 bucks. Saw my friends from the Moonstar88 list She, Tere, Tin and Gio in the event. Aurora is the first band that played followed by Acel and her band then Hale, Moonstar88 and lastly 6 CycleMind. It was really a cool event specially the items that's for auction, Champ's (hale) signed guitar pick was bought by a friend for 300 bucks, Bon's (moonstar88) Vans bag with 3 Moonstar88 CD for only 500 pesos and more.

It was a cool event and of course it's for a cause. Peeps enjoyed the gig at the same time they helped Jepoy's family. Hope there would be more event's like this.

* FHM August Signing at Robinson's Place Manila with Paw Diaz 08.08.09

I was informed that the FHM signing for August will be held at Robinson's Place Manila, I wasn't able to attend the Comic Convention at SM Megatrade Hall because I was still tired and sleepy from my activities from the previous day. I left the house around 4pm and the traffic was really really heavy from Alabang to Sucat. I arrived in Manila around 6pm.

With my feedback about the signing for August, well I can say it was really disappointing specially for us FHM fanatics who attends the signing monthly. The signing was held in the SUpermarket area and it was really really small, there's alot of peeps who wanted to take photos and is really giving a hard time for peeps who's lined up and waiting for their turns to have their FHM signed. The security was also strict and the guy who is in charge of taking photos of the fans is not that knowledgable in taking photos. It was really not cool, me and some friends just had our magazine signed and had our photo taken with Paw then left right away after the event. Hoping they can work on it for September.

* Happy Friday | Moonstar88 at Saguijo 08.07.09

I wasreally excited for this day because we had a basketball game with our company and luckily we won against our opponent it was a close fight against the yellow team and good thing we are able to win. I was the highest scorer for our team and I was so happy. After the game I went home to rest a bit, went online to check my twitter and facebook account. I didn't sleep because I know I'll have a hard time waking up, I just endured the sleepy feeling and prepared for the gig at Saguijo around 6pm. Arrived at Saguijo around 10pm because of the traffic and saw my friends from the Moonstar88 Mailing List (Apol, Tere and She) I was able to take photos again of the gig. Went to Greenbelt after the gig and bought some coffee then went home around 4am and rest.

* Treehouse Productions Event at BHS 08.05.09

It was my off today and I was informed that Moonstar88, Hale, Mayonnaise and Hilera will have a gig at MAG:NET cafe at Bonifacio High Street. It's been a while since I've been to MAG:NET. Treehouse Productionis the one who organized the gig. It started around 10pm and ticket is only 150 bucks and 1 free drink. I was able to take photos of the event and listened to the music of the mentioned bands.
Saw Bianca King, Rhian Ramos and Heart Evangelista at MAG:NET and I was lucky to have a photo with Heart.The event ended around 2:30am and the last band that performed was Hilera, saw my friend Jobel who is the girlfriend of Hilera's Ivan. Went to Mc Donald's Greenbelt after the gig to eat then went home. I arrived in our house around 4am already.

* The Proposal (2009)

I can say I'm not really into chick-flick movies but I've heard that the movie "The Proposal" was nice. I was able to watch it yesterday at SM Mall of Asia and I I liked it. Movie was about Margaret (Sandra Bullock) a Book editor facing deportation so she declared that she and her assistant Andrew (Ryan Reynolds) who aspires to be an editor someday is getting married. It was a nice movie and found it sweet, showed family values and lessons about a relationship. Sandra and Ryan showed good chemistry in this movie and I do recommend it.

* FHM Philippines August 2009 issue feat Paw Diaz

I just got the recent FHM issue for August at a Ministop store near our place, I saw Paw Diaz in the cover and I was shocked because the last time I saw her was in Star Circle Quest and she was still a teen during that time and now she's already in the covers of FHM Philippines. The issue cost 125 bucks and not bad because of the issue is thick, nice photos instead of the Paw Diaz blurred body shots and other contents of the magazine.

Now I'm waiting for the Autograph Signing and it would be my first time to meet Paw in person!
