* Meet and Greet with Playboy June 2011 Cover Girl Aubrey Miles

Because of the recent typhoon, the Meet and Greet of June cover girl Ms. Aubrey Miles was moved to June 30, 2011 at Odyssey Gateway Mall Cubao.

Playboy asked me to cover the said event. Playmate Sky (Playboy Playmate and 99.5 RT Jock) hosted the event. The event started around 5pm and the fan had their chance to have their Playboy June 2011 signed by cover girl Aubrey Miles and Playmate of the month Allysa Samonte. Other playmates was also present in the event like Plamate Billy, Jobie and Survivor Echo Caceres.

The event lasted for an hour and glad it was organized. Glad my copy was also signed. The photos that I took would show for the August 2011 issue.

* Playboy Philippines 3rd Anniversary

I was ask by a friend from Playboy Philippines to be the Official Photographer for the 3rd Anniversary exclusive party for Playboy Philippines. Event was held at Hyatt Hotel Manila and started around 9pm. Playmate Sky and Echo is the host for the event.

I asked my friend Vince to come along to help me to cover the event. Unlimited food and booze are served. Fashion shows, performance by PYT and the promotion for the next issue was also part of the program.




I had fun and with the event and happy to know that the photos will be published in the next issue. Thanks Playboy Philippines and more power.

* Playboy Academy Philippines 2010

This event was mentioned to me before by Playmate Sky during the Playboy Press-con last June. The event was called Playboy Academy, a fashion show event where the models would wear the Playboy apparels that would soon be sold in the Playboy store at Trinoma that would open soon and also the event is an inter-collegiate dance competion. Ticket is 500 bucks with free cocktail drink and a cool Playboy shirt (available in Green or Black). The event was held at Guilly's Tomas Morato and it was my first time at Guilly's, a lot of friends of mine are asking me to chill and hang out there. The event started around 9:30pm and the host of the event is Playmate Sky. There was a lot of freebies like Playboy dog tags, the paper weight glass with a Playboy logo (I got one) and magazines.

The fashion show was the first part of the event where me and my friends were able to take photos. After the fashion show is the dance competition with Celebrity judges and Playmate Echo Caceres and Dino Imperial, after a several performance the Playmate Sky introduced and promoted the latest issue together with Playmate Nhadz who is the current Playmate. Part two of the Fashion and then the continuation of the dance competition. The group from PLM (Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila) won the dance competition taking home 20 thousand pesos and a chance to perform in the next Playboy event this September called Rock the Rabbit Year III. It was a nice event and we enjoyed it even though the rain was really hard outside the venue. Till next Playboy event :)

* MK Victorino

MK Victorino born February 25, 1990 started modeling when she was 18 and is also a Playboy Playmate as Sky Aisuru. She was the featured Playmate for the month of April 2010. MK graduated at Miriam College and took up Major in English and believed it or not that she worked as teacher. She has several tattoos as well in her body. It was my first time to meet her during the last Playboy Press con and I can say she was really nice and very friendly. I was able to ask few questions to her

* What made you decide to Pose for Playboy?
- I've been with Playboy since July last year, I became familiar with the staff and how they are as a company. Its like family there! I know I'll be comfortable in the shoot, so I decided to agree to do it and become an official ambassadress of Playboy.

* So how was it being a Playmate?
- Being a playmate is one of the best things that happened to me! Haha! I never knew of the perks that would come along with it. But now I'm tyrna get used to the VIP treatment. :)

* Reaction from your friends and people who knows you after seeing the magazine?
- When they saw the magazine, they said it looks classier than any other men's magazine. Well, what can I say, it is international after all :) They were really proud of me!

* After college I've heard that you work as teacher?
- Yea I did work as a teacher for a while. Well since when I worked, I still didnt have my diploma then, I had to submit all my lesson plans to my head teacher haha. I do have a heart for kids and a wild passion for finding self growth through work. :)

* So how was it (working as a teacher)?
- It has always been fun teaching. Seeing kids after 10 months with better communication skills and socialization leaves me overwhelmed! :) Even if I had to go through chasing them everyday. Haha!

* Good thing your parents was very supportive when you posed for Playboy?
- My parents didnt really know that I posed at first. They found out a month after. They are very supportive now! But yea, I had get the 1 week nagging of dad. Haha!

* The shoot was very classy, are we going to see more classy shoots like that in the future?
- YOU DEFINITELY WILL!!! I'm so excited for the fashion editorial shoot and hmmm I might just have a surprise for everyone by the end of the year :) Big smiles! Hahaha! :)

* Playboy Philippines June 2010 Presscon

I was invited by Ally Centeno of Playboy Philippines with the launching and press con for the June 2010 issue with cover girl Dianne Sison, June 2010 Playmate/Survivor Echo Caceres, April 2010 Playmate Sky Aisuru.

It was my first time to meet Dianne Sison who is a model, singer and actress and host of Studio 23's MOG TV. She also appeared with some shows in GMA and as well the upcoming film Chasing Fire. Dianne sometimes host gaming events mostly with E-Games events. Dianne is very very friendly and approachable, intelligent and loves to do things her way like signing autographs her way.

Echo Caceres from GMA 7 reality show Survivor is June 2010's Playmate. A very talented and jolly person and is a proud Bicolana who worked as a call center agent before she joined Survivor. She is the definition of a Filipina beauty with her fair complexion and looks. Her photos in the issue was very classy and sexy. We asked her why "Echo" and she said it like because she's "Loud" and she speaks what she feels.

The issue is a good one, it features Gerry Alanguilan who is one of the Filipino Comic Artist, he also did inking for several Marvel issues. The issue interviews Neil Gaiman and Matthew Fox, also features 2010 Best Games (PC and Console) and The Simpson's very own Marge.

* PLAYBOY PHIL. Jan/Feb 2010 Issue Launching at LOUNGE Tomas Morato

When: February 10, 2010 (Wednesday)

My first party for the year. I am glad that I was invited again for the Playboy Magazine's issue launching held at Lounge Tomas Morato. Since it was my off I decided to attend the event and take photos, saw some friends there who are also fellow bloggers. I missed the presscon because I arrived around 9pm and presscon started 7pm. I was given a free copy of the latest issue and it was a great issue I can say. Features are great mostly about Philippine Movies (history, etc) and it featured famous Directors. Playmates from previous Playboy issues are also featured inside and it was really really nice. Director Peque Gallaga is in the cover with Bridget Suarez for the January-February 2010 issue. Playmate Amber Dy's photos are sexy and very classy specially those black and white photos.

The party is cool, my first time to be there at The LOUNGE, place is kinda small but it's good specially for private events just like this one. Director Peque Gallaga was there, Amber Dy and the cover girl Bridget Suarez. I was able to take few photos and have my magazine signed as well. I wanted to congratulate Playboy for the awesome party and issue and more power to you guys and looking forward for your events and issues.

* Playboy Philippines December 2009 Event with Jacq Yu at Z-Bar Greenhills

My second stop for the day, I was invited by a friend who is current cover girl for the Playboy Philippines December issue non other than Jacq Yu to attend her event. I wasn't able to go the Playboy radio tour but I was able to attend the launching and press con of the December issue at Z-Bar in Greenhills. I arrived around 8pm at Z-Bar and Jacq was not yet there. Of course the Playboy bunnies are there and the playmates for the previous months. This would be my 5th Playboy event and I can say I do enjoy attending the Playboy launchings and parties.

Jacq Yu arrived around 9pm and of course photo ops in the Playboy wall. It was really cool that they are giving glow in the dark lolipops and Christmas candies in the registration area. Foods and drinks are served and also alcohol by "The Bar". I also saw some models who are I think applying to be a Playboy model. Phem Martinez the Playmate of the month is also present in the event and I can say she is really nice and pretty.

The Press con started and Playboy announced that they will also be having the Playmate of the Year contest just like with Playboy US where they will a chosen one between the 12 playmates for the entire year. After the introduction of the cover girl and the playmate is the question and answer for the press people. After the interviews is the signing of the copies of the latest issue. I'm happy because I was able to have my copy signed by both Jacq Yu and Phem Martinez. I was able to take photos of the inspiring Playboy models, the bunnies, the playmate and the cover girl. Saw some familiar faces and friends in the event as well.

I left early around 11pm because I still have work by 12mn, looking forward for more Playboy events like this and I wanted to say keep it up and congrats.

* Manila Auto Salon 2009

Manila Auto Salon is a yearly event usually held at SMX Convention Center near SM Mall of Asia, this is one of the major car show event in the country. It's a 4 day event starting Thursday and ends Sunday, this year the entrance fee is 60 pesos for adults, 30 for kids and 45 for Elders (I guess same as last year). The event is full of modified cars and PGA cars that we won't see in the streets here in the Philippines like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche and more. Car Accesories and anything about car like insurance and more. This event is for car enthusiast, Photographers, car show fanatics, bloggers and even cosplayers this year. I was able to attend day 4 because I have work during the first three day of the said event.

Celebrities and models can be seen in this kind of events and for this year Rabah Al Hussaini, Japeth Aguilar and Eric Salamat of the Ateneo Blue Eagles is present in the said event. Jahziel Manabat and Abby Poblador from Playboy Philippines is also there.

I'm also happy to see friends (photographers, bloggers, models and friends) in the MAS 2009 event. Day 4 was really crowded because it's the last day and also because of the awardings. The 60 bucks I payed is really worth it and I can say I enjoyed the event.

* Playboy March 2009 Presscon

After my Monday shift I slept in the office for a couple of hours and then went to Sulo Hotel at Quezon City to attend the March 2009 Playboy issue Presscon. This is my second time to attend a Playboy presscon and just like before magazine and food is free. Selected peeps and mostly media are invited to attend these kind of events and I'm glad to be invited.

Playmate of the month Jessie Medina and March covergirl Sara Polverini was there to answer questions from readers and the press, sign our copies and had a photo with them. Some friends and fellow bloggers are also there (Az, Sire, Carl and more).

Got excited because according to the current EIC that they have alot of plans and parties store for the readers and fans for 2009. Let's just see and wait for it :)

* Playboy January 2009 Issue PressCon

It was my 1st time to attend a Playboy Press Conference and I was just invited by a friend. It was held in Cabalen West Ave and I can say it's my first time to go there haha. I was informed it would start by 11am and I arrived around 12nn and good thing the event hasn't started yet. Since it was my 1st time when I arrived my friend is not yet there so I was like out of place. Good thing after several minutes a friend Carl arrived. We are given food stubs for the buffet and free Playboy magazine which is the current issue. We ate while waiting for the presscon to start, after several minutes the presscon has started. The cover girl was introduced to us and her name was Saffi Karina. She was really nice, friendly, has the height and body of the model and mostly has the brains. Had a question and answer part after her introduction and autograph signing and picture taking afterwards.
