It was my first time at the Ninoy Aquino Wildlife Park at Quezon City, my friend Jio organized a Fashion photoshoot. Weather was not nice but I'm glad I was able to take a few photos of cosplayer Kelly Fabian.

* Burlesque: FHM Philippines 2011 100 Sexiest Party

My second tme to attend an FHM Philippines 100 Sexiest party and this time I can say the set up is better but getting a ticket is very very hard. Thanks Vince for giving me a ticket. I was able to get a good position to shoot this time using my 70-200mm f/2.8 Sigma lens.

* SPD Dekaranger Dekabike Robo

After Gokai-Oh I found this seller in facebook who sells 2nd hand Sentai robots. I checked his shop in Ortigas (front of Robinsons Galeria) and amazed of the items that he is selling.


Since I've watched the Dekaranger series I told myself that I would buy and collect the Dekaranger toys. I had a hard time looking for Dekaranger items and it's very expensive. I was able to buy a complete Dekabike robo of Dekabreak and got it for a reasonable price of 1500 pesos ($35). My next target is the Dekawing Robo for the same price :)

* Gokai-Oh

I wasn't able to buy any toy during the recent Toycon held at SM Megamall and I can say that I felt bad because I always do buy something every convention and this time I wasn't able to purchase something. I was browsing facebook and saw the Greattoys is on sale and it's been a while since I added something to my sentai collection so I told myself I would buy the latest DX of the 2011 35th Anniversary Super Senati Gokaiger which is Gokai-Oh.

I was really happy to buy this toy because it's big and the details and colors are very nice. Easy to transform and very nice to display. Anyways here are some of the photos I took of my Gokai-Oh.

* Meet and Greet with Playboy June 2011 Cover Girl Aubrey Miles

Because of the recent typhoon, the Meet and Greet of June cover girl Ms. Aubrey Miles was moved to June 30, 2011 at Odyssey Gateway Mall Cubao.

Playboy asked me to cover the said event. Playmate Sky (Playboy Playmate and 99.5 RT Jock) hosted the event. The event started around 5pm and the fan had their chance to have their Playboy June 2011 signed by cover girl Aubrey Miles and Playmate of the month Allysa Samonte. Other playmates was also present in the event like Plamate Billy, Jobie and Survivor Echo Caceres.

The event lasted for an hour and glad it was organized. Glad my copy was also signed. The photos that I took would show for the August 2011 issue.

* Toycon 2011 (Day1)

Toycon is one of the most awaited toy convention in the Philippines every year. What's special this year is because it is Toycon's 10th year.


I did missed a lot of Toy Conventions recently like TAGCOM but I told myself I won't miss this one. The convention doesn't only involve toys but also cosplay competition. Entrance is 100 bucks per day and the convention is during the weekends, early bird tickets were sold Friday to avoid the long line.


I have work the previous night from 12am-9am so after my shift I went home and rest for a bit then went straight to SM Megamall. So far this is the biggest Toycon ever because they occupied 3 megatrade halls. I can say i missed attending conventions and I was glad I saw a lot of friends in the event. Alodia and her sister Ashley was also their in the Maxicollector booth to have a meet and greet with the fans. Toys for sale and customized toys can also be seen in the event. I arrived around 2pm and took photos of cosplayers, friends and also the toys. I wasn't able to buy a toy this year. It was a jam packed event and a lot of people came in the said event.

* DLSU Centinnial Celebration (1911 - 2011)

De La Salle University is now celebrating it's 100th years anniversary from 1911-2011. I arrived at the DLSU campus around 5pm and the band Peryodiko is already performing in the Yuchengco Hall. A lot of students and visitors visited the campus to celebrate and everyone is wearing Green. The weather is not that good because it's raining a little but still the party continues.
I asked my friend Triff who worked in DLSU before who is also a Photographer. We are able to experience the heat, rain and the fun of this event. I was glad to see some of my friends who are also there to party.
