Finally I've decided to work out again in the gym after years, so before work I already brought my stuff that I'm going to use in the gym. Since it was my restday after my Monday shift (tue-wed) I decided to try again.
After my Monday shift (9pm - 6am) I slept in the company's sleeping area till 12pm to get some rest and at the same time to save time and money. I went to Genber's Gym in Pacita and meet my friend there who regularly lift weights in the said gym. Had a quick snack at Starmall Alabang (Hongkong Noodles and Beef Siomai) then I went straight to the gym. Met the owner Sir Gody and he made a gym program for me and instruct me on how to execute it properly. My program for the day is for the chest, abs and biceps which I completed after 2 hours.
I've already decided to pay the membership fee of P300 for unlimited sessions in one month which is really not bad specially if I'm going to work out 3-4 times in a week. People are really nice in the gym. The reason why I don't want to go to the gym is because I'm really shy from the buffed guys since I'm thin and just a beginner but I was wrong instead peeps in the gym gaved me tips and teach me with the basics and more.
After my 1st gym session (for 2008) I went home and take a rest. Went online and checked my favorite sites (facebook, multiply, MTC, friendster, DPP, PiPo and PTK)
